Scope of the Workshop
The purpose of the Workshop is the exchange of the newest results in the field of low (LTS), medium (MTS) and high (HTS) temperature weak superconductivity. The Workshop continues in the tradition of meetings on selected aspects of weak superconductivity since 1977 and the current Workshop is 9th of this series.
The main subjects are:
- Josephson effects and tunneling mechanisms in LTS, MTS and
HTS weak link structures (SIS, SNS, ScS, SFS, SINIS)
- interfaces in superconducting multilayer structures
- Josephson effects in arrays and mesoscopic structures
- intrinsic Josephson effects in HTS
- wave symmetry, spin effects, pseudogap in tunneling
- oxide superconducting and dielectric thin films for cryoelectronics
- physics of SQUIDs and weak link structures for application
- microwave and noise properties of weak links
- other topics and materials
